The agreed contract identifies the goods and services, purchasing scope, quality checks, freight terms, installation responsibilities and exclusions. Consultancy-only appointments remain available.

A turnkey appointment brings design and agreed delivery services into a single project plan. Procurement schedules align with design approvals, production reviews and site readiness. The contract identifies the appointed manufacturers, logistics parties and local installation responsibilities.
The written scope defines inclusions, exclusions, approvals, payment stages, change control, freight arrangements, installation, defects and handover requirements. The final scope is specific to your project and destination; we do not assume every service is included automatically.
Share the project country and city, type, floor area, current plans, budget range, target date and required scope. We will define the design and sourcing approach around your project.
